2. In view of this, learned J.M 1st Class, Samastipur vide Letter No. 52 dated 17.05.2025 demanded two months time for disposal of this case.

3. This Court grants two months more time to the learned concerned trial Court for conclusion of the trial and directs the petitioner to co-operate in trial. If the trial Court fails to conclude the trial within the period of two months from the date of this order, petitioner may at liberty to renew his prayer for regular bail before the trial Court and
