In this case, petitioners are seeking bail in connection with Dhansoi P.S. Case No. 122 of 2014 registered for offences under sections 409, 420 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation has been made of purchasing solar light from the private agencies whereas the same was to be purchased through the Beltron or Breda. Petitioners are Panchayat Secretaries.

This Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, this petition is rejected. (Shivaji Pandey, J) Mahesh/- U T
