The petitioner seeks bail in Bhojpur Mahila P.S. Case No. 191 of 2015, corresponding to Tr. No. 4808 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A), 494 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

The petitioner was granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 17.10.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 10203 of 2016 on the condition that the petitioner would pay Rs. 2700/- per month to his wife but the petitioner could not deposit the amount and consequently his bail bond was cancelled.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28650 of 2017 (3) dt.12-07-2017 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already deposited Rs. 10,000/- on 04.07.2017 in the account of his wife. The petitioner undertakes to make regular payment of maintenance and he would also give the arrear of maintenance within two months.

Learned counsel for the informant submits that Rs. 10,000/- was deposited in her account.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in Bhojpur Mahila P.S.
