JUSTICE SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA ORAL ORDER 12-01-2022 Heard both the parties through video conferencing. The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Chhatauni P.S. Case No.413 of 2020 instituted for the offences under Sections 447, 324, 326, 307, 504, 337 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Taking into consideration the nature of injury and there is specific allegation against the petitioners, I am not inclined to grant benefit of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. The same is accordingly dismissed.
