JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH) 12-04-2017 The present application, under Order 47 Rule 1 of the Civil Procedure Code, has been filed by the petitioner for review of the order, dated 24.06.2016, passed in LPA No. 1146 of 2013, whereby the Division Bench has dismissed the intra Court appeal, preferred by the writ petitioner against the order, dated 16th July, 2013, made by the learned Single Judge, in CWJC No. 8548 of 2006. In course of argument, learned Counsel for the
Patna High Court C. REV. No.60 of 2015 (3) dt.12-04-2017 2/2 petitioner has failed to point out any error apparent on the face of the order under review. He has repeatedly argued that the order passed by the Division Bench in the Letters Patent Appeal is erroneous on merits.
We deprecate the manner in which argument has been advanced. While exercising the jurisdiction of review, this Court would neither rehear the matter nor examine the merits of the order We see no merit in this application. It is accordingly dismissed.
