The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Khagaria (Chitragupta Nagar) P.S. Case No. 387 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

F.I.R. is under Sections 406, 420, 34 of the I.P.C. It is alleged in the F.I.R. lodged by DDC, Khagaria that Indira Awas benefit has been given to a forged lady Punam Devi in the year 2009-10 by accused person and beneficiary is accused Punam Devi. Sudha Devi is Panchayat Secretary, Santosh Arya, Witness

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11055 of 2020(2) dt.03-03-2020 2/2 and petitioner Awadhesh Kumar is Panchayat Secretary have got the Indira Awas benefit in the name of Punam Devi and and Punam Devi is wife of Ramesh Paswan and her photo n bank is different from the photo in block office.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that Punam Devi has deposited Rs.35,000/- in Prakhand Nazarat, Khagaria.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (twenty thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Khagaria in connection with Khagaria (Chitragupta Nagar) P.S. Case No. 387 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
