The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Telhara P.S. Case no. 144 of 2017 registered under Sections 30(a), 30(d), 37(A) of Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act-2016. 10 lts. of country made liquor and 90 lts. of raw solution were recovered from the rear side of the house of the petitioner. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that no incriminating article has been recovered from his conscious physical possession. The house from where the alleged liquor is said to have been recovered is inhabited by several family members of the petitioner. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He has been languishing in custody since

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 6th Additional District and Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Excise, Nalanda at (Biharsharif) in connection with Telhara P.S. Case no. 144 of 2017.
