The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 894 of 2017 registered under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the opposite party no. 2 submit that both the parties have settled their disputes by way of one time settlement amount. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that petitioner has already paid Rs. 20,67,000/- to the opposite party no. 2. The opposite party no. 2 has already
