2. This application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner to cancel the bail bond of the opposite party no.2, who was granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 17.01.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No.66269 of 2022 by this Court.
3. By order dated 28.06.2023, with consent of parties, this matter was referred to the Patna High Court Mediation Center to resolve the dispute between the parties. The learned Mediator has submitted its report stating that the parties have failed to settle their dispute through process of mediation.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the opposite party no.2 has filed a divorce case against the petitioner at Bhagalpur. He further submits that petitioner has already filed a maintenance case at Patna.
5. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and perusing the materials available on record, I do not find any merit in this application. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
