Heard counsel for the parties.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Sheikhpura P.S. Case No. 465 of 2019, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 325, 379, 307, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Prosecution case in brief is that on 3.11.2019, while the informant was cooking meal, the accused persons including this petitioner came at his house and started abusing. This petitioner along with other co-accused is alleged to have assaulted the informant with iron rod on his head causing head injury and co-accused Kanhaiya Kumar also assaulted with iron rod on back side of his head and snatched Rs. 20,000/-

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. There is general and omnibus allegation against him. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

It appears from the injury report that the nature of injury is grievous caused by hard and blunt substance. Considering the facts aforesaid and nature of injury, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above-named on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
