The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Vaishali P.S. Case no. 5 of 2018 registered under Sections 30(a), 32(2) and 41(1) of Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act-2016. 30 lts. of country made liquor is said to have been recovered from near the Simar tree standing in front of the Bathan of the petitioner.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that no incriminating article has been recovered from his conscious physical possession. The petitioner has no concern with the seized liquor. He has been falsely implicated in the case due to dirty village politics. He has no criminal antecedent. The

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Vaishali P.S.
