2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Gaighat P.S. Case No. 271 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 191(2), 191(3), 190, 109, 76, 303(2), 352, 351(2), 351(3) of the BNS.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is the assailant of the injured/victim.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 3.11.2024.

5. Considering the facts of the case and also considering the period of custody, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14231 of 2025(3) dt.13-05-2025 2/2 the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, East Muzaffarpur/concerned Court below in connection with Gaighat P.S. Case No. 271 of 2024.

7. As a condition of this order, the petitioner after being released on bail is directed to mark his attendance at Gaighat Police Station on first and third Sunday of each month.
