This is an application for regular bail in connection with Napatganj P. S. Case No. 428 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 326 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code.
Informant is the mother of victim, who in his fardbeyan has stated that on 17.12.2006 petitioner had come to her house and he was informed by her son that his father was in the field. Thereafter, altercation between her son and petitioner took place and petitioner inflicted Dabiya blow on the neck of his son which caused injury.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there is land dispute between the parties and there is case and

No.1415 of 2018(3) dt.06-02-2018 2/2 counter case between the parties arising out of the same incident and petitioner had also suffered injuries by the hand of the informant and his family. It has further been submitted that there has been only one injury and petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 02.08.2017. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria, in connection with Narpatganj P.S. Case no. 428 of 2016.
