The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 417, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120(B), 194, 195 and 198/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged against the petitioner that he procured a forged injury report in league with his cousin Nishit Kumar Singh in order to harass the informant.
Considering the nature of accusation, let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner if he surrenders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of copy of the order in connection with Supaul P.S. Case No. 138 of 2014,
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9829 of 2015 (2) dt.11-03-2015 2 / 2 G.R. No. 500 of 2014, pending in the court of the learned C.J.M. Supaul.
With this observation, the application is disposed off.
