This application for anticipatory bail arises out of N.T.P.C. Khaira P.S. Case No. 51 of 2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act.

In view of the fact that the petitioner has sold his motorcycle to co-accused Shravan Kumar prior to the incident and he has clean antecedents, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.23586 of 2021(2) dt.03-12-2021 2/2 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge, II -cum- Special Judge, Excise, Aurangabad, in connection with N.T.P.C.
