Petitioner is a candidate for recruitment to the post of Homeopathic Medical Officer, has prayed for the following relief/reliefs:

"For issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus and/or any other appropriate writ, order or direction commanding upon the respondents to accept the work experience certificate of the petitioner which has not been accepted by the Respondent No.2 & 3 in counseling and further to direct them to award the appropriate marks for experience as prescribed in Advertisement

Patna High Court CWJC No.3819 of 2022 dt.29-03-2022 2/2 No. 6/2020 and to select the petitioner for the post of Homeopathic Medical Officer pursuant to the said advertisement."

Undisputedly, petitioner's experience certificate has been rejected vide Annexure-5. Petitioner has not questioned the validity in not accepting the petitioner's experience certificate vide 7 B (vi) vide Annexure-5. In the absence of challenge to the aforesaid decision, the petitioner is not entitled for a direction.
