Learned counsel for the opposite parties, with reference to Annexure-C to the show cause, submits that the order of this Court has been complied with and a reasoned order was passed on 15.7.2014 by the competent authority. Considering the fact that reasoned order was passed and the correctness of the said order cannot be looked into under the contempt proceeding, the present proceeding is dropped. However, liberty shall be available to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum/Court in accordance with law, if he is aggrieved by the order dated 15.7.2014.
