2. The petitioner has prayed for following reliefs in the present writ application :- (I) For commanding/directing the respondent No. 3 (The Circle Officer, Nautan, West Champaran) to initiate the Encroachment Proceeding the and to remove Encroachment from the Public Land (Aam Gairmazarua) pertaining to Khata No. 561, Plot No. 2766, Mauza Telua, P.S. - Nautan, Circle - Nautan, District - West Champaran, which is flank of the road situated at Western side of the Petitioner's homestead land, having concluded the Encroachment proceeding within a reasonable time.

(II) Also for any other relief(s) for which the petitioner has been found legally entitled.

3. At the outset, the petitioner confines his prayer for

Patna High Court CWJC No.3676 of 2025(2) dt.24-07-2026 2/2 consideration of his representation by the concerned respondent authority.

4. The petitioner states that he has filed his representation on 28.07.2024 (which forms as Annexure-P/2), when no action was taken by the respondents, then again he has filed representation dated 30.01.2025 (Annexure-P/3 series) and till date no consideration has been made.

5. Accordingly, the Circle Officer, Nautan, West Champaran, respondent no. 3 is directed to consider the representations filed by the petitioner and if any action is accentuated then to take appropriate steps in accordance with law within a period of 8 weeks.
