The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 341, 323, 325, 324 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code. It is a case of assault due to which informant and her family members sustained injuries.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13070 of 2022(2) dt.05-09-2022 2/2 that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that in respect of assault, there is no specific allegation against these petitioners. There is general and omnibus allegation against them.
Learned APP appearing for the State opposed the anticipatory bail.
Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioners above named in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-I, Purnea in connection with Banmankhi P.S. Case No. 25 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
