The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Buniyadganj P.S. Case No. 60 of 2014 registered for the offence under Section-414 of the Indian Penal Code. Taking into consideration that the alleged recovery has not been made either from possession of the petitioner or from his house and the petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent, let the petitioner named above, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of copy of order in the court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Buniyadganj
