JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 25-05-2023 Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and learned APP appearing on behalf of the State. Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 247 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 302 and 201 of the Indian Penal Code. A girl was killed and thrown away and when the police reached there the petitioner was caught. He gave the name and address of the girl. He has also confessed his guilt and it has come during investigation that the petitioner along with others is involved in the killing of the girl. On the statement of the petitioner, an Alto Car was also recovered which was used in the said crime.

Accordingly, the prayer of bail of the petitioner is rejected herewith.
