This modification application has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner to modify the order of this Court dated 9.11.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. 51701 of 2017.
The petitioners were allowed anticipatory bail by this Court vide order dated 9.11.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. 51701 of 2017 in which they were directed to surrender before the court below within six week from the date of order. It has been submitted that petitioners could not
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7202 of 2018 (2) dt.07-02-2018 2/2 surrender before the court below within time as they had gone to earn their livelihood and hence prays for further four weeks' time to surrender the petitioners before the court below. The order dated 9.11.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. 51701 of 2017 is modified to the extent that further four weeks time is granted to the petitioners to surrender before the court below and they will be released on same terms and conditions as mentioned in order dated 9.11.2017 passed by this Court in Cr. Misc. 51701 of 2017.
This Modification application stands allowed. Let this order be communicated to the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Araria, in connection with Jokihat P.S. Case No. 57 of 2017.
