2. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in Tekari P.S. Case No. 469 of 2023 registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Allegedly, while the informant after parking his tempo was taking tea, two persons came there and got seated for going to Dariyapur. In the way, those two persons got stopped the tempo and thereafter, three other persons came. It is further alleged that the tempo of the informant was snatched away by those five persons.

4. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13750 of 2025(2) dt.19-03-2025 2/2 petitioners were not arrested. Nothing was recovered from his possession and no TIP has been conducted till date. The name of the petitioners has figured in confessional statement of coaccused, Pankaj Kumar who has been granted bail. The petitioners are the persons of clean antecedent.

5. Learned counsel for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest/surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VI, Gaya in connection with Tekari P.S. Case No. 469 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

7. It is made clear that the petitioners will appear in the court below on each and every date fixed in the case till framing of charge.
