Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Though there is no witness of occurrence of murder. Allegation against the petitioner is that the deceased was Mausi of this petitioner and the maternal grand-father of the petitioner had gifted his property in favour of the deceased as a result whereof the petitioner was carrying some grudge and for that reason, the petitioner might have committed murder with the help of others. There is some evidence of last seen. The petitioner is in custody since 09.02.2017 Considering the aforesaid fact, especially, the
