The petitioner has grievance against selection of Respondent No.5 for grant of licence to run a PDS shop under the Bihar Targeted Public Distribution System (Control) Order, 2016 (in short, 'the Control Order, 2016'), ignoring his rightful claim.

Learned counsel for the petitioner admits that the

Patna High Court CWJC No.7847 of 2021(2) dt.04-02-2022 2/2 petitioner has remedy of approaching appropriate/statutory authority under the Control Order, 2016. He accordingly seeks Court's liberty to approach the appropriate authority raising his grievance as raised in the present writ application. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is disposed of with the liberty as sought. If the petitioner makes an application/representation before the appropriate/statutory authority within four weeks from today, the same shall be considered and disposed of in accordance with law, as early as possible.
