Taking into consideration that petitioner gave knife blow on the abdomen of the informant, I am not inclined to grant him the privilege of anticipatory bail and accordingly, his prayer for anticipatory bail in connection with Vaishali P.S. case no. 111/2013 pending in the court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur stands rejected.

However, this order shall not cause any prejudice to the concerned court at the time of consideration of regular bail application of the petitioner.
