Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Madhuban P.S. Case No.270 of 2017, registered under Sections 363, 366A, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation in brief is that the accused persons kidnapped the minor daughter of the informant in order to sell her.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the girl was recovered and she has voluntarily married Naresh Ram, one of the accused, and the girl is also found major. Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, petitioner Meena Devi is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand)
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20715 of 2018(2) dt.10-04-2018 2/2 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 4th Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Madhuban P.S. Case No.270 of 2017.
