The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Hayaghat P.S. Case No. 140 of 2021, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 306/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 66(C), 66(D), 67(A) of the Information Technology Act. As per the prosecution case, specific allegation is against co-accused Haribansh Kumar who had love affair with the daughter of informant. It is further alleged that Haribansh Kumar created fake ID and made photographs of the victim girl viral. The victim girl committed suicide later on. It is submitted that petitioner is uncle of the deceased and brother-in-law of co-accused Haribansh Kumar. There is no specific overt act against this petitioner. Petitioner claims clean

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner abovenamed, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Darbhanga in connection with Hayaghat P.S. Case No. 140 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
