Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376/511, 457/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the petitioner entered in the house of informant and tried to establish forceful physical relationship.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is neighbour of the informant and the First Information Report was registered on 21.03.2014 for the occurrence of 15.03.2014. There is a counter version also of the occurrence.

Let the learned court below consider the prayer for

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9589 of 2015 (2) dt.11-03-2015 regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Ghorasahan (Lakhaura) P.S. Case No. 96 of 2014, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari.

With this observation this application is disposed of.
