JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 08-02-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioners are in custody in connection with Kadamkuan P.S. Case No.541 of 2017, a case under Sections 363, 365, 323, 307 and 467 of the Indian Penal Code. In the past, petitioner Md. Saif was in joint business relationship with the informant. There was dispute of payment or non-payment of some money. In the aforesaid background the allegation is that the petitioner and others abducted to the informant and on the point of pistol demanded ransom. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and false allegation is there due to previous business dispute.

No.7828 of 2018 (2) dt.08-02-2018 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with the aforesaid case, with condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
