1. The learned counsel for the opposite parties submits that the order of this Court dated 10.04.2018, passed in C.W.J.C. No.7145 of 2017 has now stood complied with, inasmuch as the petitioner has been granted benefits of second A.C.P. and thereafter, the actual monetary benefit has also stood paid to him.

2. This Court finds that neither the counsel for the petitioner is present nor any rejoinder affidavit has been filed disputing compliance of the order of this Court dated 10.04.2018, hence this Court is satisfied that the aforesaid order dated 10.04.2018 has stood complied with.
