JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 04-03-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Harnaut P.S. Case No. 100 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 384 and 427 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. He further submits that the informant suspected that the petitioner was involved in harvesting Masur plant over his land. The informant also alleged demand of Rs.1.5 lac in past.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, the petitioner named above, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within one month from today, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial
