By order dated 05.01.2022 in Cr. Misc. No. 45343 of 2021, the bail application of the petitioner was permitted to be withdrawn with liberty to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charges.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the charges against the petitioner have been framed vide order dated 18.01.2022 (Annexure '2' to the bail application). Since the charges have been framed vide order dated 18.01.2022, hence the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13288 of 2022(2) dt.23-03-2022 2/2 pending/successor court in connection with Pauthu P.S. Case No. 14 of 2021 with a condition that the petitioner will have to remain present on each and every date in the trial and if the petitioner, without any plausible explanation, does not appear in the trial on any date, the learned court below will be at liberty to cancel his bail bonds.
