2. Pursuant to the order of this Court, the SHO of Narpatganj Police Station and the I.O. of the case have appeared

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.341 of 2025(3) dt.15-07-2025 2/2 in this Court personally and have submitted that the investigation of the case has been concluded against one accused person and charge-sheet has been submitted against him. They have further submitted that investigation with regard to other co-accused is continuing and rest of the accused persons, named in the FIR, have not been found to be involved in the crime.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has made certain allegations against the police for the interpolation/change of FIR.

4. In view of the aforesaid facts, this application is disposed of.

5. So far as the allegation of the petitioner regarding the change of FIR is concerned, the petitioner is given liberty to approach the Court below with regard to the same. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Vikas/- U
