"That, this is an application for issuance of the appropriate writ/writs, order/orders or direction/directions to the respondent authorities to accept the Holding Tax (revenue) of financial year 2025-26 and entire previous dues with respect to the piece of land of the petitioner situated under MaujaChaklokman, Thana No.71, Khata No.293, Plot No.840 and 841 and also for issuing the Holding Tax (Revenue) Receipts in favour of the petitioner."
