This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with G.B. Nagar PS case no. 425 of 2022, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today and avail the privilege of regular bail, however, seeks a direction upon the learned court of Additional Chief Judicial

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13998 of 2023(2) dt.23-05-2023 2/2 Magistrate-III, Siwan in connection with G.B. Nagar PS case no. 425 of 2022 to dispose off the regular bail petition, to be filed by the petitioners, on the very same day. It is directed, accordingly.

The present petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
