JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 21-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in Bochahan P.S. Case No.273 of 2014 registered under Section 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Allegation in brief is that there was love marriage between the informant's sister and the son of this petitioner. Later on he married with another woman and the allegation is that they have all are killed her by poisoning in connection with further demand of dowry.

It is submitted that there is no question of demand of dowry as son of the petitioner and sister of informant were having love affair so it was a love marriage but later on he married with another woman.

The petitioner is mother-in-law

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33764 of 2017 (3) dt.21-07-2017 2/2 of the deceased and second wife of his son was granted anticipatory bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court. Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Mosmat Besri Devi is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-2nd, Muzaffarpur in connection with Bochahan P.S. Case No.273 of 2014.
