Sri Asif Kalim, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that because of incorrect information regarding the antecedent of the petitioner an incorrect statement has been made in paragraph No. 3 of the application. However, after enquiry from the pairvikaar, he has filed a supplementary affidavit giving details of the cases in which the petitioner has been made accused. In such circumstances he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the application.

Accordingly, the present application is dismissed as withdrawn.
