2. The Bihar State Food and Civil Supplies Corporation Ltd. has filed a counter affidavit in which Annexure-A is produced, declining the claim. Annexure-A is dated 14.01.2023, within the two month period.

3. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the petitioner had only asked for admitted dues. However, it has to be noticed that the direction was only for consideration and not for payment of dues.

4. If the petitioner is aggrieved with Annexure-A he will be at liberty to challenge the same. There is no deliberate contempt of the directions issued, and in such circumstances, we close the contempt case reserving the above liberty. (K. Vinod Chandran, CJ) ( Partha Sarthy, J) aditya/- U
