The petitioner is in custody in connection with Barauni (Chakia) P.S. Case No.216 of 2017, a case under Sections 25(1-b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act.

Petitioner is in custody since 15.06.2017. A country-made loaded pistol was allegedly recovered from the possession of this petitioner. Petitioner is accused in three more cases registered under Sections 307, 395 and 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the entire facts especially the criminal antecedents, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on completion of one year of custody if the trial is not

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13282 of 2018 (2) dt.08-03-2018 P2/ concluded in the meantime on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with the aforesaid case, with condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
