Petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Mojahidpur P.S. Case No. 399 of 2019 for the offence under section 30(a), 32(2),30(c) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
In the instant case total 249.495 liters of liquor was seized. The vehicle of this petitioner was seized. Although, no liquor was seized from the vehicle belonging to this petitioner. Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and the vehicle which was seized in this case was not carrying any liquor, the Court is inclined to grant anticipatory
