The petitioner, who is in custody since 22.12.2019, seeks bail in connection with Case No. C2/761/2019 registered for offences under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. 24.375 litres of liquor is said to have been recovered from near the house of the petitioner. It appears that the recovery is from an open space for which the petitioner cannot be prosecuted and the petitioner has clean antecedents.
