2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sanokhar P.S. Case No. 186 of 2023 registered for the offence under Section 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and others are said to have killed the deceased.

4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is the brother-in-law of the deceased and there is general and omnibus allegation against all the accused persons. He further submits that the petitioner is in jail since 1.10.2023.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Bhagalpur in connection with Sanokhar P.S. No. 186 of 2023 and G.R. No. 4129 of 2023.
