The petitioners have filed the present application for grant of pre-arrest bail in connection with Rajoun P.S. Case No. 474 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 353, 332, 387, 436, 511, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the allegation made in the first information report instituted by the police inspector of Rajoun police station that the petitioners and others attacked upon the police party and badly assaulted the bodyguard and driver of the
