JUSTICE RAMESH KUMAR DATTA) 20-03-2015 After some arguments, Mr. Satyabir Bharti, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ application considering that the quantum of demand raised is not much higher than the liability for the same period during the previous financial year with the only submission that any excess amount paid as advance tax for the month of March, 2015 may be directed to be adjusted against the tax for the month of April, 2015 onwards.

The writ application is, accordingly, disposed of as withdrawn with the direction that the petitioner shall deposit an amount of Rs, 11,00,00,000/- under the notice dated 25.2.2015 by 25th March, 2015, and any amount paid in excess shall be adjusted against the tax for the month of April, 2015 onwards.
