Petitioner is accused in connection with Saraiya P.S. Case No. 258 of 2002 registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that earlier prayer of the petitioner for bail was rejected by this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 64798 of 2019 on 18.12.2019 with liberty that petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge. Further submission is that charge has already been framed, as contained in Annexure-3 to the bail application.
