The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that the petitioner being the police personnel tried to grab the purchased land of the informant when 107 and 144 Cr. P.C., proceedings were initiated.
