The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 732 of 2014 dated 19.11.2014 instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 379, 353, 224, 225, 504, 307, 120B and 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13655 of 2019(2) dt.06-03-2019 2/2 Though the petitioners have been named in the FIR but the allegations against them are absolutely general and omnibus. Nothing specific has been attributed against the petitioners.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that some of the co-accused persons with similar allegation have been granted anticipatory bail. The large number of people who have been made accused in this case only reflects a vindictive approach of the informant in framing as many persons as he could. Considering the aforestated facts and the clean antecedents of the petitioners, they are directed to be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, on their furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 732 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Ashutosh Kumar, J) krishna/- U T
