2. The petitioners, who are in custody since 04.04.2017, has renewed his prayer for bail in connection with Shikarpur P.S. Case No. 147 of 2017 for the offences alleged under Sections 326, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code having earlier been rejected by this Court by order dated 19.08.2017 in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 28153 of 2017.

3. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioners, this Court sees no reason to take a different view in the matter. The bail petition stands dismissed.
