The petitioner apprehends her arrest in Basantpur P.S. Case No.08 of 2021 registered under Sections 272, 273 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case only on the basis of suspicion. It is further submitted that the petitioner is a widow. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.
